NR.	Pulp Making Equipment	Function
1	Hydrapulper	Raw material waste paper or virgin pulp board will be put inside with hot water to be more efficiency.It is suitable for the separation of the fiber and heavy impurity.
2	Pulp pump	It is used to lift paper pulp from Hydrapulper to next machine.
3	Vibrating screen	Vibrating screen is used to select pulp roughly,by this machine,the impurity like small plastic will be screened out.
4	Inclined screen	It is used to wash the paper pulp as well as diluting the paper pulp.
5	High consistency desander	It is used to remove sand.
6	Thruster	It is used to stir the paper pulp,to make the pulp to be very uniform.
7	Fiber separator	Fiber separator is mainly used to separate light and heavy impurity from pulp and also break the pulp from hydrapulper for second time.
8	High speed washing machine	It is used for washing and concentration of slurry,remove Ink particles,such as packing tiny impurities.
9	Low consistency desander	It is used to remove sand impurity from the paper pulp.

 

Packaging & Shipping

Different parts packed by different materials:
--paper machine frame will be packed by plastic foam. 

--paper machine accessories parts will be packed in wooden cases.very small parts packed by carton.

 --paper pulping machine packed by water-proof PVC film,and outside packed by wood cases.

Tighten Packaging, Detailed Checking:

1. Fixed all the movable parts with plastic films.

2. Polystyrene foam plate wrapped around.

3. Wrapped with tighted plastic films several circles.

4. Fixed machine on the fumigated plywood pallet with iron wire.
